SIGNATURE on DELIVERY
Our couriers require a signature on delivery, otherwise they will leave a card with details of where you can collect from. We recommend you use a work address if you're not going to be home during business hours. It's much quicker.
PACKAGING, DELIVERY and INSURANCE
Cost = Flat rate of $9.90 NZD contribution per delivery. (Regardless of how many items you order).
FREE when you order more than $195 NZD
* IMPORTANT NOTE: We unfortunately can not avoid the longer than normal delivery time. From our USA warehouse into New Zealand or Australia, air freighted under a 'Dangerous Goods' classification is always going to be a little time consuming. Also the freight charges often cost us far more than $9.90 NZD, but we are happy to subsidize this amount for the benefit of our valued customers, and only charge one flat low rate of $9.90 NZD which also includes insurance. See country of origin notes below.

- 10 to 15+ working/business days for city areas. - 15+ working/bussiness days for country areas.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery, we may have to charge an additional delivery charge. Please take extreme care when giving us this crucial information. Thank-you. For security reasons we can not deliver to Post Office boxes.
COUNTRY of ORIGIN INFO
Due to Australian and New Zealand Postal Authorities restrictions on the transportation of perfume (classed as a dangerous goods) into New Zealand, we no longer can ship items found on this site directly from our Australian warehouse. Instead we now ship all orders directly to you via our strategic partners/suppliers warehouses in the USA. (None of our perfume products are shipped from Hong Kong or China). Unfortunately the USA is further away and it does take longer to get goods from there into New Zealand/Australia. Extra delays can and do occur in customs areas at both the USA and New Zealand/Australia ends due largely to security concerns. A larger percentage of parcels are inspected these days. |
